NEST Fragrances was founded by Laura Slatkin in 2005, continuing the legendary reputation she and her husband, Harry, earned for developing original and award-winning luxury home fragrance collections with their first luxury home fragrance company, Slatkin & Co., which was sold to Limited Brands, Inc., that same year. Working with the world’s most acclaimed master perfumers, the Slatkins created distinctive and luxurious home fragrances, personal care products and fine fragrances that met the highest standards of fine fragrance quality and excellence.
NEST Fragrances began as a specialized luxury home fragrance manufacturing company focused exclusively on the private label segment of the industry. The company’s client list includes more than 80 world-class luxury brands, including Tory Burch, Jonathan Adler, Calvin Klein, NARS, Jason Wu, West Elm, Laura Mercier, AERIN, and Ralph Lauren – all of which turned to NEST Fragrances to develop their own exclusive lines of luxury home fragrance products.
In the fall of 2008, Slatkin launched the NEST Fragrances Collection, her own line of luxury scented candles and a holiday collection that debuted at Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman and select specialty boutiques nationwide. An exquisite collection of luxury home scents, the NEST Fragrances Collection combines color, texture and fragrance to enhance one’s everyday living and entertaining experience. In 2009, the NEST Fragrances Collection won The Fragrance Foundation Award for “Interior Scent Collection of the Year.” The Fragrance Foundation Awards are considered to be the Oscars of the fragrance industry.
NEST Fragrances – due to customer demand – has rapidly broadened its fragrance assortment with the introduction of additional home fragrance and personal care products, including Reed Diffusers, Liquid Soap, Body Wash, Body Cream, and Body & Soul Eau De Toilette Spray.
